1. Return Period

 

 

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

 

  • The product is completely unused
  • The product is unopened and the original seal is intact
  • The product is in its original condition and packaging
  • The original purchase invoice is provided

 

 

 

 

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

 

Due to the nature of personal care and beauty products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

 

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with removed protective seals or packaging
  • Products requiring special storage once opened
  • Discounted or promotional items (unless defective)

 

 

 

 

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

 

If you receive:

 

  • A defective product
  • An incorrect product

 

 

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item. In such cases, the store will cover all shipping costs.

 

 

 

 

4. Shipping Fees

 

 

  • If the return is requested for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a store error or manufacturing defect, the store will bear the shipping costs.

 

 

 

 

 

5. Refund Process

 

 

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 7–14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  • For purchases made via Tamara or Tabby, the order status will be updated according to the provider’s policies.
